Thus, I am delighted to invite you to join our prestigious Elbegdorj Institute (EBI) as a distinguished member of its Board of Directors.

EBI, founded in 2008, is a non-profit, nonpartisan, think-tank, NGO organization based in Ulaanbaatar and Washington, DC whose mission is to discover, develop and support “intellectual entrepreneurs” who can advance the institute vision of a society of free enterprise and development of democracy by identifying, recruiting, training, and placing young outstanding people in politics and government to increase the number and effectiveness of  public policy leaders for the purpose of  Bring young people to work together and help make a Better World for us all”.

We believe, building Think tank Institute with independent trainings that can produce and disseminate credible principled research is the best way to affect a long-term change in the climate of ideas and leadership, entrepreneurship can be taught to young people. The Institute experience helps young people from low-income communities develop their individual skills and talents.

There are two key functions of leadership: set limits and give direction. Our leaders must set limits by taking concrete steps to, among a myriad of issues, eliminate corruption in government and business. Then setting direction by talking and developing comprehensive Code of Ethics to be adopted and implemented by everyone and, the most significant component is that leaders themselves become the ethical role models of the community at all time.
The Institute produces leaders for a new generation of public policy leadership unwavering in its commitment to free enterprise, limited government and traditional values and equipped with the practical skills  by offering the work of think tanks and wide array of training, workshops, intern and international programs.
EBI offers its work of think tank and  Leadership Training and Development program through courses, workshops, conferences, and forums both nationally and internationally. 
EBI  achieves its mission by:

1.Providing companies with the information and tools necessary to be able to better understand and more effectively utilize their most important and valuable resource, their people.

2.Help companies and organizations achieve a much greater return on what they're already investing in their most valuable resource, their people, while helping them develop their future leaders today.

MISSION:
EBI’s mission is to discover, develop and support young people who can advance the institute vision of a society of free enterprise and development of democracy to identify, recruit, train, and place young outstanding people in politics and government to increase the number and effectiveness of  public policy leaders for the purpose of Helping and Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today in Mongolia.

GOALS:

  1. Bring the young people of Mongolia and  the world by working together with nonpartisan and non profit organizations in partnership to strengthen democracy and types of values that promote free market in Mongolia for the poverty reduction and strengthening economic development
  2. Create new think tanks at all level-where they have the most credibility, most cost-effective impact and develop their own competences to help business entrepreneurs.
